この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、本サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスの利用者（以下「利用者」といいます。）は、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用ください。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、利用者と当運営者との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

第3条（本サービスの提供の停止等）

当運営者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、利用者に事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

第4条（利用制限および登録抹消）

当運営者は、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当する場合には、事前の通知なく、利用者に対して本サービスの全部もしくは一部の利用を制限し、または利用者としての登録を抹消することができるものとします。

第5条（免責事項）

当運営者の債務不履行責任は、当運営者の故意または重過失によらない場合には免責されるものとします。

当運営者は、本サービスに関して、利用者と他の利用者または第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。

第6条（サービス内容の変更等）

当運営者は、利用者に通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによって利用者に生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第7条（利用規約の変更）

当運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of this service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to comply with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator related to the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activities
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Operator's server or network
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Operator's services
Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
Unauthorized access or attempts to do so

Article 3 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if it determines that any of the following apply:

When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system for the Service
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident
In other cases where the Operator determines that provision of the Service is difficult

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Operator shall be exempt from liability for default unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.

The Operator assumes no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between the User and other users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 5 (Changes to Service Content)

The Operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to the User and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.
